
CLIENT CODE OF CONDUCT
At Vintage Violet Beauty, we value kindness, mutual respect, and creating a space where both our guests and our artists feel comfortable, relaxed, and appreciated.
These guidelines are here to help us make sure every visit is a positive experience for everyone.
1. Appointment Etiquette

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we will still do our best to provide your service, but please note that it may be shortened to respect the next guest’s booking — the full service fee will still apply.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

After three continuous late cancellations, we may no longer be able to accept future bookings.

3. No-Call, No-Shows

We completely understand emergencies and unexpected events — they happen! However: the first and second time will be noted on your client file.

On the third occurrence, we require payment of 100% of the missed service before booking again.

If the fee is not paid, we will unfortunately not be able to accept future bookings

4. Children in the Salon

We love children, but our space is designed to be a calm, safe environment. For everyone’s comfort:

Children must remain well-mannered and supervised at all times.

Children and extra guests are not permitted in esthetician, waxing, or pedicure/manicure areas.

Any guests accompanying you must remain in the waiting area unless invited into the service space.

5. Respect & Comfort

We are committed to treating every client with warmth and respect, and we ask the same in return. This helps us maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all.
